In Costa Rica's beautiful Manuel Antonio region, the Vista Royal is an enchanting villa that reimagines the concept of luxury. The architecture seamlessly blends into the surrounding environment, while the interior decor showcases a combination of modern sophistication and tropical charm.

About

Vista Royal is a luxury villa located in the heart of Manuel Antonio region in Costa Rica. With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean and lush rainforest, villa offers a remarkable experience. Privacy is a key element at the Vista Royal, providing a serene and exclusive retreat.

Challenges

The challenge of designing a website for luxury villa is to create a visually stunning and intuitive website that elegantly highlights the villa's breathtaking location, its luxurious amenities, and the exceptional experiences it offers. Another challenge was crafting the copy that complements the villa's attractiveness.

Wireframes

The website design process was initiated by creating wireframes that outline the layout of each section and the proposed content arrangement.

Moodboard

Through carefully curated images, color palettes, and typography selections, the moodboard conveyed the villa's essence.

UI Design

Moodboard's vision was brought to life. Careful attention to detail was applied in crafting layouts that beautifully showcase the villa's allure.

Motion design

Motion design plays an important role in enhancing the user experience on luxury websites. From the moment visitors land on the homepage, subtle animations gracefully guide their attention, inviting them to explore further.

As they navigate through the various sections, elegant transitions add a touch of sophistication, creating a seamless and immersive journey.

Impact

This is a newly created website for villa rental. The impact of this website may take a while to become apparent. Although it doesn't have a booking system, we can still monitor other key metrics such as visitor count and the number of submitted contact forms.

Key learnings

In this project, I was able to incorporate motion design into my work process. I used the Principle app to prototype and refine animations for different UI elements. This led to a more dynamic and engaging user experience and enhanced the visual appeal.
